Examination projects: UV (Quantitative / scanning）、Infrared absorption spectrum (IR)、HPLC、GC、Chiral determination / HPLC、The residual solvents (the GC method)、Melting point、 Specific optical rotation、Loss on drying、Residue on ignition、Metal、Water content (K.F and coulomb method)、Titration、 Nitrogen content determination、Chloride、Sulfide、Arsenic and so on.
2.New method developing: The Analysis Center can provide the service for development of new method, including HPLC、GC and Chiral analysis. All the date and detail could be available. For example, chromatographic column model, the mobile phase(M.P.) composite, the flow rate, the column temperature and how to prepare the standard solution & the test solution. At the same time, the Center may carry on the validation of new method and finished medical product’s stability research.
